Basic Meditation Course

For this Nepal Retreat, the place was amazing, and I can recommend this to all my brothers and sisters. Though Kathmandu was dusty, the energy of the temples there were very powerful. Due to that, it helped me become more sensitive towards feeling and experiencing myself during the retreat in Nagarkot. The Nepal Retreat is totally different from the 6-Day Workshop. I can only say that the 6-Day Workshops are just the basic foundation of "Awaken ~ The Divine You"^®. The Nepal Retreat is the beginning of my life journey. I got to know about this program through someone closest to me, who supported me during the worst time of my life - my boyfriend who taught me a lot on spirituality. He kept encouraging me to explore, experience and find out who I am. I was a mess before I started attending the Foundation Level. Feeling lost, uncertain, angry, insecure and very reactive. I find this program very compact and different from other motivational classes. I felt the progress of the current stage of my life. The Retreat was more than I expected. From the beginning, before the Retreat program or the trip, blessings and gifts were already bestowed by the Universe. I had much learning throughout the trips to the various sacred temples. The selection of temples was very appropriate. The Retreat proper was excellent. It was intensive but yet manageable and comfortable for me. The exercises were deceptively simple but effective and powerful. Nepal and the Himalayas is indeed an excellent guided choice for the Retreat and a very powerful force for the success of this Retreat. This is a once in a lifetime experience that we must experience to understand. The visit to the orphanage and interaction with the children were most meaningful and touching and has opened my eyes and heart to the less fortunate. Overall, the Nepal trip and Retreat were well integrated as a program and experience and has achieved its objectives, despite this being the first Retreat conceptualized and run beautifully by Umesh and Sheila and the Masters and the Universe. This is the 2nd time I am here for the Foundation Level. I am back to support the new group and to give back what I benefitted from Umesh's Workshops. I joined the BMC as I wanted to stop the chatters in my mind; to learn how to concentrate and focus. I felt that my life was too hectic and I needed to slow down and find my life purpose before my time was over. During BMC, I learnt how to meditate and managed to feel energies within my body; intially chaotic, but subsequently settled down. I also learnt how to relax. Attending this course has helped me to release some of my pent-up emotions during one of the exercise. This helped me clear out toxic emotions and I felt lighter after it.
